Hello World

On this date, with a little bit of a hangover, I finally got myself to making this website.

The website went through a lot of iterations. I kind of knew what I wanted to do but not really. All big nerds love Escher paintings for some reason.

I also like them, as I was introduced to Escher's painting through the book Gödel, Escher, Bach. The book holds a very special part in my heart so I wanted to honour it in some way.

The above image is the inspiration for the main design of the website. I want to thank whatever event led me to this design as pixels would refuse to render any of my other designs.

So yeah, there we have it.
